Ingredients
- 4 small pots of low-fat natural yogurt
- 4 ripe banana, cut into small pieces
- 12 tablespoons of chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)
- 4 tablespoon of honey
Method
This is so packed with goodness that itis almost too good for the morning. It's got bananas for energy, yogurt for calcium and nuts for extra minerals. You can be a bit creative with this by adding dried or fresh fruit, or a spoonful of oatmeal.
- Put the chopped banana into the bottom of a bowl
- Pour over the yogurt
- Mix in the honey
- Sprinkle with nuts or dried fruit, as long as it's full of goodness
