Scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Ground pepper to taste
- 2 slices of wholegrain bread
Method
- Toast each slice of wholegrain bread
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with the pepper
- Pour the mix into a non-stick pan
- Stir constantly for two minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked
- Serve over the toasted bread.
