Scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of wholegrain bread

Method

  1. Toast each slice of wholegrain bread
  2. Mix the eggs in a bowl with the pepper
  3. Pour the mix into a non-stick pan
  4. Stir constantly for two minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked
  5. Serve over the toasted bread.
